Américan Dad Doujinshi

snake feeding, root clusters and the Arch

Hmm, confusing title, so in turn. In the last (holiday) week was now no longer milled, and currently it does not look for it. It's mushy. Quite mushy. Too muddy to make something on the bare earth. The lumps on the rubber boots are huge in no time.

Despite the two days of rain total in the last week we have at the weekend, but finished a new, with nice support on Saturday, Sunday was the most diligent workers hung over and the rest on the couch caught. The Arch should still be set up, so I him alone just thrown together and encased in concrete. Successful agents because somehow not put deep enough into the concrete, but still good. I hope he lives a couple of summer and can wear the pretty climbing roses.

not the way the bow is wrong (yes, controlled the water level), but the old goal posts behind. As bad as I meddle not now ....

For at last I've finally bit of what gepflanz, the very first time in the garden. Specifically, there were two climbing roses and clematis two of the rose arch. And now grow if you please, because next year I would so like to have a Sleeping Beauty entry ...

Well, the first rose was actually the 28th Plant in a new garden, as previously were already 27 hedge plants used. The old privet hedge at half the input side of the garden was unfortunately not up to two miserable remains available, so needed a new one. But first had to get out the old roots. And that was not really funny. But definitely recommended, you should cherish any grudge against anything. Can you let everything out. Simply drag the roots, swing Kreuzacke and a little flush. The result is such a bunch:

And the next day this great hedge (Yes, still a little small, but it will come). The mulch I could not resist me, this is so wonderfully stuffy. Somehow. Moreover, it is really an experience, a shopping cart with five bags of mulch maneuvering for DIY fund.

Ok, now we have processed the root cluster and the Arch from the title, now missing the snake feeding. And that's a very spectacular. Because if you pass in front of the new hedge and into the garden next to the right, one finds there, Wolfgang and Erika. Wolfgang has in his garden shed a great workshop and technology has given us idiots first time the chopper . In a fix By Erika, there was a mop bucket full of fresh carrots. Nice people. With a koi pond in the garden. In which there are now two less Kois. And for a whopping grass snake. Hello? Did you know that grass snakes eat koi? Two pieces for dinner? Brrrr, that's really not a nice idea. I will never, never a pond in the garden.

I will now deal with the voles. I find it not so great. But it happens to a garden and part of it. But koiverspeisende snakes? No, because I do not think about it. I know, quite toxic and completely protected and all. But please, please love snake, stay with a neighbor. He has nice Koi. We are only roots. Not tasty. No, no. And our three great new compost pile, put on quite fresh, are not well suited for gaaar hibernation or baby snake nests, neinneinnein .....

Killington Snowtubing

wet. Very wet. Too wet.

stupid weather. I have to rant now times. Actually I like the rain like it, but not this week. Because I have a week precious holiday. The milling is yesterday is down already because of wet conditions and like to Friday (next milling option) dry again, is beyond me.

So today stand at housewifely activities. Well, maybe it fits quite well, once again to sort the washed clothes in the closet wegzusaugen and one or the other filaments. On Sunday there was a totally fabulous way, plum cake, which I will not hide from you. Here in the unbaked state, we have completed four of him plastered ratzfatz. True to style in the garden under an apple tree. Well, next to an apple tree, but still.

The recipe is from Brian and really really nachbackenswert. A few minor modifications regarding baking time (40 minutes) and vanilla sugar for the streusel (two packets), but otherwise fine fine fine. And wonder not, the dough will not rise as real (too heavy), but works fine but then when baking. found here Your recipe .

the weather I try afterwards with a pennant for the garden brave, most probably directly from oilcloth. Could be, perhaps, that is possibly still one or the other droplets. Hm Just maybe then again next week ...
